Our bacon comes from the family-run Oakley Brothers, who have been using a traditional brick built kiln smoker since 1875. Their tried and trusted methods help produce the finest smoke-infused bacon we have encountered on our search for flavour.
We are proud to have had, since day one, our own handmade vegan bean burgers, complemented now by the best in the next generation plant-based patties.
Our own house slaw, with apple, lime, red cadge, pickled chillies, red onion, sour cream, mayo & fresh coriander. Much loved and now back on the menu!
